In a recent New York Times article, the meteoric downturn of Yahoo.com was chronicled. Marissa Mayer, a former Google exec was hired to perform a turnaround, but the exact opposite has been happening for predictable reasons. The key is to stop doing what doesn’t work and to start doing what does work. Change is good.
